Donation Guide
What We Can Accept
(Here’s a list of what we can’t accept)
To ensure donations are usable and manageable for our team, please follow these guidelines:
Items should be clean, dry, and in good condition. We cannot accept anything that is moldy, musty, heavily damaged, or hazardous.
Please sort and organize your donation. Please no tangled materials, tiny scraps, or disorganized bundles of paper, ribbon, or trim.
Planning to donate a large quantity or oversized items? Contact us first to confirm we have space and capacity to accept them.
Unless agreed upon prior to donation, items must be reviewed by staff at drop-off. We cannot accommodate “drop and go” donations. Leaving items without approval is considered illegal dumping.
Here’s a fairly comprehensive list of items that we can’t accept.
